Hi – My name is Chester, I am the Perry County Assistant Supervisor.  In May 2010, I retired from the transportation industry.  To my good fortune in February 2011, I was hired by South Central Transit as a part-time driver.  Since then I have been promoted several times leading me to my current position.  Two things I like about working at SCT is our commitment to safety and striving towards exceptional customer service.  SCT is a perfect fit for me because of my background in transportation.  One of my past achievements was driving over 1,000,000 accident free miles.  Another reason I like working for SCT is the teamwork effort everyday.  All employees work together to provide the best possible service to all our clients.  A typical workday at SCT is like George Peppard of the A-Team used to say, “I love it when a good plan comes together”.
