My name is Linda and this is my Client Testimonial… Like a lot of people, I do not work in the same town that I live in. I work at a health care center in Mt. Vernon and for the past two years instead of driving my car I have been riding the South Central Transit shuttle buses. My job site is not one of the designated stops on the Mt. Vernon intra-city shuttle routes, so I call in advance (once every two weeks) to schedule a daily shuttle deviation to my exact destination.
Public transportation is very affordable, it saves me money and I avoid the added expense of gas and extra maintenance for my personal vehicle.
I enjoy riding with SCT, and it gives me a chance to sit back and relax during my commute. Having had the opportunity to visit with and get to know several of SCT’s drivers and clients, I can honestly say that I feel comfortable with them all. ~Linda S. 3/12/2019
