The South Central Transit Franklin and Perry County supervisor will be entering retirement effective April 30, 2019. Kevin Loucks has been SCT county supervisor for the past nine years. Kevin is known as a very assiduous individual and supervisor. 

Tons of fun and laughs have been shared over the years between Kevin and his coworkers. During race season, he is the un-official Nascar score keeper and has respectfully earned the title of “Mr. Nascar!” All in fun of course! And receiving one of his emails…even though the subject of the email was properly addressed there was nearly always a tad bit of amusing humor included. It’s rumored that after retirement his next endeavor will be as a Stand-Up Comic!

In all seriousness, when it comes to conducting business, Kevin has always been an experienced and dedicated leader for SCT. 

Kevin has shared that upon retiring he has some east coast travel plans and then he hopes to get back into a favorite past time of woodworking.
