My name is Annie Priola. I began working at South Central Transit in March of 2011 scheduling and billing for Medicaid trips. When the opportunity arose, I took the Clinton/Perry County scheduling position. This past February I experienced a very serious life changing/challenging event. As I worked through the event, I became a rider on our buses. Being able to ride the bus to doctor appointments and then eventually back and forth to work helped me regain my independence. I truly do not know what I would have done without the help of our bus service! I am blessed now to have experienced the client and employee side of SCT. It has helped me become a more compassionate scheduler. Our drivers and dispatch office employees really are amazingly kind and helpful people!
