Clinton County client, Ms. Betty, is turning 100 years young this weekend! When SCT asked Betty about sharing her birthday story, her reply was “well yes, I’m okay with people knowing how old I am. I’m 100 years old and that’s just something you have to accept! I’ll be with my family and friends celebrating with a big party this weekend and I’ll accept everything that happens to me on my 100th birthday!”
Betty shared that she tries to keep herself as healthy as she can and that she has no plans of giving up the SCT bus because she loves it! She has been riding with South Central Transit since 2016 and normally goes to get her groceries and for medical appointments.
