We would like to congratulate Chester Neff, Perry County Supervisor on his retirement from South Central Transit. Chester joined SCT almost exactly 11 years ago as a part-time driver. He was then promoted to Lead driver, followed by Assistant Supervisor and has been the Supervisor since early 2019.

Chester is full of both wit and wisdom, and he could literally share stories for hours and you’d never tire of listening to him.

Chester told us that he’s been a lot of places but “has never worked at a place like SCT, they treat you like you’re a customer not an employee, and it’s a really good place to work”.

Thank you, Chester, for your loyalty to the clients, your team leadership and dedicated service to South Central Transit. We will truly miss you and we wish you all the best of retirement and this next chapter in life.
