As once quoted by Neil Gaiman, Anansi Boys;
“Some hats can only be worn if you’re willing to be jaunty, to set them at an angle and to walk beneath them with a spring in your stride as if you’re only a step away from dancing. They demand a lot of you.”
And the hat in this picture is no different. Randy Fulton became part of the South Central Transit family in 2015 as the Building Maintenance personnel. Today he is officially hanging up his SCT maintenance hat and putting on his retirement hat! It may end up being the same hat, but it will now have a different purpose. Anytime you seen Randy outdoors maintaining the grounds, buildings or any of the numerous other responsibilities, he would almost always have on his straw hat.
As previously mentioned in an SCT Employee Spotlight, Randy is an accomplished, skilled, all-around Good-guy, handy man and SCT has been very fortunate to have had him contribute to our organization.
Thank you Randy, for your dedicated years of service and as you “hang up” your SCT hat we certainly wish you the very best with your future endeavors. We will definitely miss you!
