Greetings! My name is Adam Sartor and I have been with South Central Transit a little over 4 years now. I started in Perry County and have been driving shuttle routes and was also a facilitator at SCT’s Du Quoin office. I was recently promoted to Driving Supervisor of SCT’s Franklin County office.

One thing I enjoy most about SCT, is being able to help provide public transportation to people that wouldn’t be able to get to and from their destinations without a service like SCT provides.

One of the most significant changes I have witnessed while employed with SCT is the implementation of the Sycamore Route. This is a public shuttle that runs Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The Sycamore Route has designated stops at designated times in Du Quoin and Pinckneyville. The positive impact this service has made for our riders is quite significant.

Outside of work I love spending time with and chasing my 2 daughters and basset hound around. I also enjoy nature photography, grilling out and trying new recipes on my smokers.
