We are proud to spotlight SCT employee Alina Bartlett! Alina has been a resolute employee for 22 years! She is SCT’s meticulous Medicaid biller and does assist with contract billing. She is very versatile and helps the dispatch/scheduling team when needed. One of the things she enjoys most about South Central Transit is helping so many in the communities we service who otherwise would not have reliable transportation. SCT service gives independence to folks who have no other way.
The most notable change Alina says she has witnessed while employed at SCT is how much we have grown! Our organization has so many shuttles serving the communities which gives folks the ability to travel from town to town and even county to county.
Alina shared with us that she and her husband of 18 years love to travel, and they enjoy playing cards and board games, reading, and watching reality TV like Survivor and The Amazing Race. Oh, and she loves her Cardinals baseball!
Her life highlights have been meeting her husband, the love of her life and traveling to Paris, Venice, and Rome.
We asked Alina, if you were to put a tag line on your life, what would it be? “I am always searching for a new destination to explore. God gave us a beautiful world and I intend to see as much of it as possible.”
