Effective April 3, 2023 South Central Transit has reestablished the Chestnut Shuttle Route with services between Du Quoin, Pinckneyville and SIU Carbondale. The A.M. route runs from 6:00 am to 8:30 am and the P.M. route runs from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday.
