Today, Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Times Square Mall, Mt. Vernon there will be a representative from South Central Transit on site (inside center of Mall) to obtain photos of any Jefferson County Senior Citizen that wishes to receive an SCT/JCCC Senior ID Card.
